What payment methods do you accept?
On Coccole e Panda it is possible to make payment with all types of credit and debit cards or using the PayPal express payment option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online with your credit card, all your data is entered into an SSL secure web page. The information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where the card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Credit card information is not stored on our servers.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process orders during holidays and sales periods.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please contact us if you do not receive shipping confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
How can I track my order?
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. The tracking number is usually received the day after your order ships.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

What happens if the items received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any references to your receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long does the returns process take?
Returns can take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
